Our little story

Nudient is an independent brand founded by three friends that have known each other since they were in kindergarden. They grew up studying/working in completely different professions within Business, Finance, Design/Advertising, and that knowledge is a key success to this company. 


 The year was 2015 and Vidar, the CEO of the company was studying in Hong Kong, and he didn’t have a case on his phone because of the lack of good phone cases in Europe. One day he found a super thin case in a small shop on the streets of Hong Kong and he immediately bought it. It felt like there wasn’t a case on the phone and that was the moment when the idea of Nudient was born. When he got back to Sweden he talked to his friends Max and Pontus about this thin case. Nudient was founded in a coffee shop on Sveavägen, Stockholm 2016.

Since the first super thin case that we released in 2016 was a pure success but didn’t have 100% customer satisfaction, we decided that our development and design process was going to be iterative with focus on customer feedback. In 2019 we released the thin version 2 case, as well as some other mobile accessories to the market. We got great reviews and feedback from our customers, but for Nudient this was not enough.


In the autumn of 2020, Nudient released the thin version 3 case in collaboration with the Swedish award winning designer Jesper Ståhl, and together with customer data and feedback, we can say that we are satisfied with our product and future products to come.

Today

Nudient is a strong established brand in Europe, well known for the product development within phone cases and mobile accessories. In 2019 the company partnered up with one of the biggest distributors in the world, Brightstar. 2020 was the year that Nudient was introduced in digital retail and traditional retail with a global perspective.
